Chef and owner of three critically acclaimed and internationally recognized NYC restaurants, Bhatti Indian Grill, Moti Mahal Delux and Awadh - Chef Gaurav Anand is one of the youngest restaurateurs in the city. He was named the “Best Caterer” in New York by NY Magazine in 2021, and has been praised by numerous media outlets for the authenticity and innovation he brings to Indian cuisine, and includes 2 Star reviews by The New York Times. He has created sold out dinners at the prestigious James Beard Foundation, and Awadh was rated the best Indian restaurant in NYC by Village Voice. From 600 people wedding receptions in Cabo, to 300 people dinners in Lake Como, product launches at the Plaza, a Miami beach soiree, backyard Hamptons cocktails, to Galas at Cipriani, CGA has garnered diverse, in-depth experience over the decades partnering with venues, vendors, families, corporations and organizations locally and Internationally. CGA catering crafts boutique customized menus for it’s clients based on their vision and requirements, offering them anything they desire from around the world.
